Creating a Gantt chart

I acquired this skill after I produced my mind maps. After everything that needed to be covered was draw out I could then put it into a Gantt chart. By doing this I was able to view my tasks in chronological order, how long they will take me and putting in the predecessors. This made my tasks easy to digest and easily viewable. The Gantt chart had a number of different columns to it. These included:

• Task description
• Date started
• Date finished
• Number of days to complete
• Task number
